We are excited to offer you this course through the “The Training Center”! The Training Center's are located inside select Turner’s Outdoorsman locations.

This course is mandatory for obtaining your initial CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) License. Topics include safety, marksmanship, liabilities, stance, statistics, the path to choosing a defensive handgun and caliber combination, and much more. This course includes a written and shooting evaluation and is our basic level defensive handgun course. Class time will allow for 1 Handgun to be qualified. To qualify additional handguns, please look to the CCW Handgun Qualification Class. CCW course is good for Kern and Riverside counties.

2. 50 Rounds of Range Approved Ammo, Per Handgun
3. Eye and Ear Protection (Electric Style Preferred)

5. Two or More Magazines or Speed Loader For Revolvers
