Online Return Policy
Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
Returns or exchanges will be accepted for merchandise accompanied by receipt if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new sellable condition and be accompanied by all its original packaging. All accessories, documentation, owner’s manual and unfilled warranty/registration cards must be included with the return.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Turners.com. Please contact us via email in order to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Return Merchandise Form (pdf)
Defective merchandise may be repaired or replaced at our option. The return of defective merchandise may be approved at the discretion of Turners.com.
Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a call tag may be issued to return the items. Turner’s Outdoorsman recommend that you ship your return package using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insure the package for full value of the shipment so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. USPS offers limited tracking and a 30 day waiting time before claims can be filed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both way on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Returns or exchanges will not be allowed on the following items:
Firearms, Bows, Crossbows, Optics that have been mounted on a firearm, Ammunition, Smokeless Powder, Primers, Upper Receivers/Caliber Conversion Kits, Taser/Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, Arrows, Spooled Line, Marine Electronics, Food Products, Gift Cards and Special Orders.
Note: Turner’s Outdoorsman reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Turner’s Outdoorsman will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from a Turner’s Outdoorsman. If conditions are not met, Turner’s reserves the right to refuse or charge a 15% restocking fee.
Timing of Refund:
Turner’s will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 2-4 weeks after return of merchandise for the credit to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement.
Additional Return Locations:
Any Turner’s items purchased from Turners.com can be returned to any of our retail stores. You must bring in your original receipt when returning items to one of our retail stores.
When returning merchandise to be exchanged, return shipping charges will apply to the replacement merchandise.
