How to Submit Privacy Request(s)
To access or delete your personal information, please call 800-997-6481. We need your contact information, such as name, address, phone number and email, to submit your request and verify your identity for access or deletion requests. If all contact information isn’t given, you’ll have to submit another request.

For your information security and privacy, we will verify requestor identity. With your consent, we may send you a text to your mobile or email to verify your identity. Please allow 30 days for you us to respond to your request. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Once verification is sent, you’ll have 3 days to verify your email or text before your request expires. If you don’t, you’ll have to submit another request.
