Handgun Safety Certificate- Video Guide

The state of California requires you to obtain a Handgun Safety Certificate (HSC) before you can purchase a handgun. In order to obtain an HSC, you must pass a written test on handgun safety.
 
This video guide provides information necessary to obtain the DOJ HSC and is intended to supplement the HSC Written Study guide that is available at any Turner’s Outdoorsman location.
